The ISPN election will be held for the following positions during the 24th ISPN National Conference 2025 at the College of Nursing, Indira Gandhi Medical College & Research Institute, Puducherry, from 7th to 9th February 2025.
Any member who is willing to contest for any post shall apply online based on the eligibility criteria and pay the prescribed fee online.
1. Executive Council Members (Three region-wise members, i.e. North, North East and East; One Public relations officer and One Internal auditor)
Eligibility
- Being a Life Member of ISPN for at least five years.
- The Life Members from the following regions
- North – Chandigarh, Delhi, Haryana, Himachal Pradesh, Jammu & Kashmir, Ladakh, Punjab, and Rajasthan.
- North East – Arunachal Pradesh, Assam, Manipur, Meghalaya, Mizoram, Nagaland, and Tripura
- East – Andaman & Nicobar Islands, Bihar, Jharkhand, Odisha, Sikkim, West Bengal
1.0.1. Public Relations Officer (PRO)
Eligibility
- Being a Life Member of ISPN for at least five years.
1.0.2. Internal Auditor
Eligibility
- Being a Life Member of ISPN for at least five years.
1.2. Joint Secretary
Eligibility
- Being a Life Member of ISPN for at least five years.
1.3. President
Eligibility
- Being a Life Member of ISPN for at least ten years.
- Being an office bearer (Vice President/General Secretary/Treasurer) in EC of ISPN for at least one term/five years before filing nomination.
Note: A life member shall hold an office bearer post for a maximum of two terms in any post, further shall have a mandatory break of one term and if he/she is willing to contest again, can do so for one more term.
- Nomination fee: Rs. 2000/- (non-refundable)
The candidate should register for the conference and be physically present.
- Last date for nomination: 31st Jan 2025, 5 pm
- Last date for withdrawal: 5th Feb 2025, 5 pm
